			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Being a  	franchisee of Image sun is very exciting.Â  Everyone on the corporate staff  	has been very helpful and you can call them any time you need to.Â  Image Sun  	employees truly believe in their service and are dedicated which makes it an  	awesome business to be a part of.Â  There never was really any doubts about  	the franchise, when I few to Detroit and got to meet with Anthony and see  	the salons, it made my heart beat.Â  I am very excited and proud to be a part  	of this franchise and I believe anyone would who has an interest in the  	tanning industry.Â  One big advantage is that you never have to go at it  	alone, someone will help you out every step of the way, which is truly a  	great asset in itself.Â  The new image of the salons are awesome!! You just  	have to see it for yourself; itâ€™s a great experience.</p>

<p>Hi Anthony,  	its been a wild two weeks, since we turned on the open sign after  	twoÂ minutes customers came pouring in. All expectations have been exceeded  	from the support from your staff and the franchise. I will do my best to  	keep this momentum on going. I am amazed at these tanners, I don&#8217;t know what  	to think as you know I have never been in a tanning salon. I sit in the  	lobby and watch people are walking out with grins from to ear on there  	faces. I hope you have the opportunity to visit our salon in the near  	future. I keep telling my wife and daughter that there is no competition, we  	are the competition Downriver. Working on the second location in Woodhaven  	with the lease.</p>

Training was very helpful to reinforce my focus on the  	critical aspects of the business. A well-designed marketing plan goes hand  	in hand with a high-level customer service. That was your main message, and  	it exemplifies the success Image Sun has had since its conception.</p>
<p>Of Course,  	none of this success could have been possible without highly qualified and  	trained employees. Renee demonstrated excellence. Her knowledge of the  	different aspects of the industry and her sales skills were awesome. Aurelia  	demonstrated high knowledge too.</p>

<p>I just  	wanted to take a moment to thank you so much for all your help at the salon  	this weekend. You really helped me and the staff with our VIP sales  	presentations and everything else. Hopefully we all didnâ€™t drive you too  	crazy! Â The whole day Monday was completely slammed just like this past  	weekend! All the staff is all pumped up about the sales contest that I have  	implemented. Highest number of VIP sold for the month gets 340 credit  	package and the highest PPLA gets a bottle of Pink Diamondâ€¦Iâ€™ll let you  	know who winsâ€¦ Â Well, thanks again and I look forward to seeing you at the  	Management Training class this month.</p>
